1. Who we are

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the website conversbrand.com and the services provided by Convers Brand, operated by Luisa Convers, based in Belgium.

By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms in full. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, do not use our website or services.

2. Services offered

Convers Brand provides the following services to coaches, yoga teachers and therapists:

• Custom website design and development
• Brand identity and visual strategy
• Brand Soul Sessions (discovery sessions)
• Copywriting and content strategy (as included in packages)
• Ongoing support and maintenance (where contracted)

3. Eligibility

Our services are offered exclusively to individuals or businesses that are 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract. By engaging our services, you confirm you meet these requirements.

4. Project process

All projects follow a structured process including discovery, design, development, feedback rounds, and launch. The specific timeline and deliverables are outlined in the individual project proposal or service agreement signed prior to commencement of work.

Timelines are estimates only and are directly dependent on the client's timely provision of content, assets, and feedback. Delays caused by the client will extend project timelines accordingly, without entitling the client to a refund or price reduction.

5. Payment terms

Payment terms are detailed in each individual project proposal:

• A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm and begin any project
• Subsequent payments are due at milestones agreed upon in writing
• Final payment is due before the website is launched or files are transferred
• Overdue payments may result in work suspension without liability to Convers Brand

All prices are stated in EUR and exclusive of any applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Convers Brand reserves the right to update pricing at any time for new projects.

6. Revisions and scope

Each service package includes a defined number of revision rounds. Additional revisions requested beyond the agreed scope will be quoted and charged separately at our current hourly rate.

Any changes to the original scope of work after project commencement constitute a scope change and may result in additional costs and timeline adjustments.

7. Client responsibilities

The client is responsible for:

• Providing all content, images, copy, and brand materials in a timely manner
• Ensuring they hold all necessary rights and licences for materials provided to Convers Brand
• Providing consolidated, clear feedback within agreed timeframes
• Setting up and maintaining their own hosting, domain, and third-party platform accounts
• Reviewing and approving all content before launch

Convers Brand accepts no responsibility for content provided by the client that infringes third-party intellectual property rights, violates applicable laws, or is factually inaccurate.

8. Intellectual property

Upon receipt of final payment in full, the client receives ownership of the final website deliverables (HTML, CSS, visual assets created for the project).

Convers Brand retains the right to:

• Display the project in its portfolio, website, and marketing materials
• Reference the client relationship for marketing purposes
• Retain copyright on any proprietary frameworks, templates, or code components developed prior to or outside the scope of the project

Third-party fonts, stock images, icons, or plugins may be subject to their own licences. The client is responsible for ensuring continued compliance with such licences after project completion.

9. Results disclaimer

Convers Brand does not guarantee specific business results, sales, traffic, or conversion rates resulting from a website or branding project. Client testimonials and case studies displayed on this website represent individual experiences and are not guarantees of the same or similar results.

A website is one component of a broader marketing strategy. Results depend on multiple factors including but not limited to: client's offer, audience, marketing effort, and market conditions.

10. AI use in project delivery

Convers Brand uses artificial intelligence (AI) tools to assist in the development, design, and copywriting of client projects. These tools include, but are not limited to, Claude by Anthropic. All AI-assisted output is reviewed, edited, and approved by Luisa Convers before delivery to the client.

The use of AI tools does not diminish the quality, originality, or ownership of the deliverables. Clients who have concerns about AI-assisted work are encouraged to discuss this before project commencement.

See our full AI Disclosure tab for complete transparency.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Convers Brand shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• The use or inability to use our website or services
• Any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in content
• Downtime, data loss, or technical failures of third-party platforms
• Business losses resulting from the website or branding services

Our maximum aggregate liability to any client shall not exceed the total amount paid by that client for the relevant project.

12. Third-party platforms

Websites built by Convers Brand may incorporate or connect to third-party platforms and services (e.g., email providers, booking systems, payment processors). Convers Brand is not responsible for the performance, availability, security, or privacy practices of these third-party services.

13. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive business information disclosed during the course of the project. This obligation survives termination of the project.

14. Termination

Either party may terminate a project by providing written notice. In the event of client termination:

• All payments made to date are non-refundable
• Any outstanding balance for work completed is immediately due
• Convers Brand will deliver all work completed to date upon receipt of outstanding payment

1. Our commitment to transparency

At Convers Brand, we believe in full transparency with our clients and website visitors. This page discloses how and where artificial intelligence (AI) tools are used in our studio, both in the construction of this website and in the delivery of client projects.

In accordance with the transparency principles of the EU AI Act (Regulation EU 2024/1689), and as a matter of professional ethics, we proactively disclose the use of AI in our work.

2. AI tools used

Convers Brand uses the following AI tools in its operations:

• Claude (Anthropic), used for code generation, copywriting assistance, content structuring, and design decision support
• ChatGPT / GPT-4 (OpenAI), occasionally used for copy ideation and content brainstorming
• Midjourney / image generation tools, may be used for mood board creation (not delivered as final client assets without explicit consent)
• Other AI-assisted design and productivity tools as relevant to individual projects

3. How AI is used in this website

The website you are viewing (conversbrand.com) was designed and developed with the assistance of AI tools. Specifically:

• HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code was written with AI assistance
• Website copy and structure were developed with AI assistance and human editorial review
• Design decisions (layout, typography, color) were made by Luisa Convers with AI as a tool, not the decision-maker

All content published on this website has been reviewed, approved, and takes final responsibility under Luisa Convers, who remains editorially responsible for everything published.

4. How AI is used in client projects

When Convers Brand delivers a website or branding project to a client, AI tools may be used in the following ways:

• Generating initial code structures that are then customized and refined
• Drafting copy suggestions that are edited and approved by the client
• Brainstorming design directions and visual concepts
• Researching content strategy and SEO considerations

Clients receive fully reviewed, customized deliverables. The use of AI tools does not reduce the quality or bespoke nature of the work, it enhances the studio's capacity to deliver more while maintaining high standards.

5. What AI does NOT do in our work

• AI does not make final decisions about design, copy, or strategy, a human does
• AI does not interact with your personal data without disclosure
• No automated decision-making affecting your legal rights occurs on this website
• AI-generated images are not delivered as final client brand assets without explicit client knowledge and consent

6. EU AI Act compliance

The EU AI Act (Regulation EU 2024/1689), which entered into force in August 2024, establishes a framework for trustworthy AI in the European Union. Convers Brand is based in Belgium and operates within EU jurisdiction.

Our use of AI tools falls within the general-purpose and low-risk categories under the Act. We comply with applicable transparency obligations by:

• Disclosing the use of AI in website construction and client work
• Ensuring human oversight over all AI-assisted outputs
• Not deploying AI systems that make consequential automated decisions affecting users' rights
• Being available to answer any questions about AI use at info@conversbrand.com

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

• Ask whether any specific content or deliverable was AI-assisted
• Request a project delivered without AI assistance (this may affect pricing and timelines)
• Receive a full explanation of which AI tools were used in your specific project

To exercise any of these rights or to ask questions about AI use, contact us at info@conversbrand.com.

8. Updates to this disclosure

As AI tools evolve, so will our use of them. We commit to keeping this disclosure current and updating it whenever our AI practices change materially. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
